Stanowisko: General Ledger Team Leader

For our Client, we are currently looking for people with good German and English skills to develop team and propel the business to new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the accounting team to continuously improve the efficiency.
• Organizing work, monitoring and managing workload within the team.
• Communicating performance related indicators into the team and back to the Management.
• Reports according to the internal requirements.
• Knowing and understanding operational KPIs.
• Update process documents and accounting procedures.
• Evaluating daily key performance indicators.
• Coordinating team schedule.
• Motivating and building the skills of the team.

Expectations:

• Very good talking, writing and reading proficiency in German and English.
• Background in FA – experience in General Ledger Accounting will be a plus.
• A high level of numerical and analytical skills.
• Previous experience of managing / leading a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to details.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritizing.
• Over average written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office – specifically Excel.
