Cash Collection Specialist

Miejsce pracy: Katowice

Responsibilities:

Contacting customers to collect money based on ageing focused on selected accounts
Maintain customer contact notes and other relevant activity
Maintain accurate records for customer payment status
Customer account reconciliations
Review and send periodic Customer Statements
Action Customer Statements feedback together with AR team
Provide feedback to AR team on payments allocation
Work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
Support maintenance and updating of process documentation

Requirements:

Knowledge of English language level B2
Basic French language level- nice to have
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in working with MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in Finance/Accounting – nice to have
