Cash Collection Specialist

Miejsce pracy: Katowice

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers to collect money based on ageing focused on selected accounts
  • Maintain customer contact notes and other relevant activity
  • Maintain accurate records for customer payment status
  • Customer account reconciliations
  • Review and send periodic Customer Statements
  • Action Customer Statements feedback together with AR team
  • Provide feedback to AR team on payments allocation
  • Work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Support maintenance and updating of process documentation

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English language level B2
  • Basic French language level- nice to have
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in working with MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Finance/Accounting – nice to have
