Stanowisko: AR Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining credit limits for each customer in the system in line with Credit
• Insurance company, and Bank Guarantees
• Applying and checking Credit Limit
• Registering cash payments
• Daily monitoring of payments
• Coordinating Account statements
• Bank statement posting
• Helping in hedging calculation
• Customer/Cost analysis (GP)
• Preparing detailed reports for logistic expenses
• Creating and managing customer accounts in the system
• Reporting customers with past due invoices and insufficient credit limits
• Close cooperation with various internal departments
• Actively proposing process optimizations
• Processing sales orders in the system based on the input from customers and salesmen

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree from Finance
• At least 2-3 years of professional experiences in a similar positions
• Strong analytical skills
• Practical knowledge of Excel
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English – is a must
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Open mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks
