At the moment we are recruiting for position:

Responsibilities:

  • Verification and invoice processing according to defined processes.
  • Contact with finance department of the Client.
  • Ensuring daily operations in according to set targets and deadlines.
  • Cooperation with Team Leaders in order to validate external payable invoices.
  • Preparation of required reports internally and externally referring to payables.
  • Checking correctness of the documents.
  • Implementing process based improvements.
  • Monitoring of overdue invoices.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Economics or Business Administration with Major in accounting.
  • Experience in Back Office or similar processes required.
  • Excellent business English (oral and written skills) across finance organization will be advantage.
  • Good knowledge of other language like German, French, Swedish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Dutch (minimum B2) will be an asset.
  • Experience of working with multiple countries and cultures in a Shared Services Center will be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Very good knowledge of Windows Office (Excel).
