Stanowisko: CFO

Responsibilities :

• Cooperation with close relation with the Board to assist in formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives be operationally responsible for representing the Board in front of financing institutions in regards financing investments in the commercial real estate sector
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans as well as direct representing and negotiations in front of the financing institutions
• Conducting financial and economic analysis for the needs of business plans and feasibility studies
•  Risk analysis of planned investments
• Preparation of investment budgets and profitability analyzes
•  Costs control
• Analysis of the company’s financial situation and its continuous optimization of costs, investment and profibility
• Develop financial and tax strategies, supervise accuracy of tax strategy in the industry
• Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction

Operations :

• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
• Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team
  

Required:

The candidate chief financial officer should have a master’s degree in accounting or business administration, fluent in Business English, should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Finance, experience in Real estate Sector will be benefit.
