Customer Service Team Manager

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing the team of multilingual Customer Service
  • Representatives responsible for incoming calls, emails and support tickets
  • Co-ordinating with the accounts & HR team to create and manage contracts within the department
  • Recruitment of new team members
  • Full responsibility and control for the department work processes and organisation
  • Supporting the team by providing guidance and training so that they can successfully develop
  • Participating in daily meetings and provide updates on any outstanding customer service issues impacting the company.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (another European- nice to have)
  • Experience in managing of customer services teams
  • Experience in the Direct Selling industry would be an advantage
  • Collaborative abilities, teamwork, flexibility and interdepartmental communications skills are required
  • Skilled at analysing performance data and planning personnel resources based on sales forecasts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and used to working in CRM systems and with reports
  • Ability to establish and focus on priorities.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, self-managed
  • Ability to see the big picture and plan ahead
  • Excellent organisational skills, project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
