Stanowisko: Customer Support with German

Responsibilities:

• Providing high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests and problems.
• Analyzing and resolving queries on first contact or forwarding details to appropriate support area for resolution.

Expectations:

• Minimum B2 level of spoken and written proficiency in German and English language.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or other internships will be an asset.
