Supports line leaders on design, structure, cost & FTE management, using insights, metrics and analytics to help leaders make key decisions that will support business growth and add value

Strong international cooperation including daily operations and implementing improvement activities
Provides guidance and advise to ensure that company complies with relevant employment legislation and operates within local HR policies.
Master degree preferably in economy/human resources/psychology/counselling – labor law.
Several years of relevant working experience in applying a good knowledge of human resource management principles, policies ideally with experience within a SSC/BPO area
Labor Law practical knowledge
