HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to realization of business objectives working together with local HR and production leaders, by providing effective HR solutions.
  • Supports line leaders on design, structure, cost & FTE management, using insights, metrics and analytics to help leaders make key decisions that will support business growth and add value
  • Working with business leaders to build an inclusive culture to ensure all employees fulfil their potential
  • Strong international cooperation including daily operations and implementing improvement activities
  • Provides guidance and advise to ensure that company complies with relevant employment legislation and operates within local HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Master degree preferably in economy/human resources/psychology/counselling – labor law.
  • Several years of relevant working experience in applying a good knowledge of human resource management principles, policies ideally with experience within a SSC/BPO area
  • Labor Law practical knowledge
  • Fluent English
  • Change management and ability to work in the challenging environment
  • Excellent customer orientation and collaboration skills
  • Consulting and relationships management skills
  • Analytical, investigative and problem solving skills.
  • Able to translate business challenges into a people – agenda
