Indirect Tax Specialist

Miejsce pracy: Kraków

Zakres obowiązków:

− To support the company’s compliance with respect to VAT and other related 
compliance reporting (Preparation of the European Sales and Purchase Listings, Intrastat reports etc.). 
− Request and ensure that VAT payments are made on time to respective tax authority. 
− Communicate internally and with external service providers to ensure that VAT 
compliance process is followed in accordance with local rules and regulations and 
deadlines are strictly adhered to. 
− Being involved in data quality checks and process reviews. 
− Assist both with day-to-day compliance issues and Indirect Tax queries from across the Business and the Tax Authorities. 
− Being involved in the monthly VAT account reconciliation. 
− Assisting with the respective VAT-process development and implementation related projects. 
− Being able to support Indirect Tax audits or queries. 
− Maintain and update process documentation (Process Maps, DTPs).


− BA or MSc degrees (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or Tax (or an equivalent). 
− Strong written and spoken English is a must. 
− Having strong or advanced Excel skills. 
− Experience with SAP. 
− 2-4 years’ experience working in Tax and/or VAT Compliance. 
− Analytical skills and ability to follow complex procedures. 
− Precision, reliability, and pro-active personality. 
− Ability to multitask, to work independently and to prioritize under pressure and within timeline constraints. 
− Ability to identify potential problems and issues. 
− Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
− Accountability.
