You will be responsible for:
- Effective supporting the customer by phone and email in the range of travel industry.
- Identifying customer needs and proposing solutions and alternative activities.
- Advising the customer on products and services.
- Answering customers queries and complaints.
- Administrating the data.
- Collaborate with other departments.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of German and English is a must.
- Very good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Customer service experience including phone sales.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Basic computer skills.
