Stanowisko: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities::

• Planning, design and coordination of activities and marketing strategies for sales of products and services (technologies for the financial sector)
• Market research, analysis and recommendations
• Marketing support of sales campaigns, cooperation with sales and product development department
• Development, implementation and coordination of marketing campaigns using selected media, marketing channels, tools and services
• Creating content and preparing promotional, information and advertising materials in cooperation with the graphic designer
• Managing of the company’s website, including the ongoing creation and edited content
• Ensuring proper brand positioning, products and services (SEO, internet marketing, copywriting))
• Assessment of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Requirements::

• Experience in the field of marketing and/or communication, including experience working with companies in the financial or IT sector
• Understanding regulatory and technology issues for the financial sector (regtech,  suptech,  fintech)
• Experience in active cooperation with sales and product development teams
• Very good knowledge of English for unconstrained communication in speech and writing and self-creation of content (prerequisite)
• Ability to design, create campaigns, strategies and marketing plans and assess their effectiveness
• Experience in online marketing, including social media and content marketing
• Ability to create and edit content used in information and marketing materials
• Creativity, independence and initiative
• Good working time organization and team ability
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, internet marketing tools and SEO
