Currently for an international company which providing broad business services, we are recruiting for the position:

Pricing & Profitability Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop tools and management processes to achieve sales and margin objectives
  • Quantify historical sales and margin impacts of volume, price, cost, and mix
  • Break down complex data, concepts, and processes into straightforward actions and
  • implementation plans for business managers to monitor and execute
  • Identify key Go To Market activities and provide guidance and decision analysis
  • Use external data sources, market analysis, and benchmark examples to improve sales and margin management
  • Implement tools to monitor and control pricing policy compliance in EMEA
  • Work closely with Regional Commercial Directors to meet Sales and profitability targets
  • Implement tools and commercial processes to improve margin forecast accuracy
  • Participate in ASEC Management target setting

Requirements:

  • Experience in data analysis and process improvement in Finance and/or Sales
  • Ability to plan strategically and anticipate the impact of external market forces
  • Proven results in implementing business process changes
  • Excellent analytical, report writing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of English min. B2
