Stanowisko: Procurement Specialist

Duties:

• Creating purchase orders according to manufacturing plants,
• Confirmation orders with the suppliers,
• Taking care about placing orders on time,
• Monitoring purchase order status and expedite order,
• Cooperating with requestors and suppliers in case of any discrepancy in PO,
• Coordinating documents and queries to process PR"s and POs directly with international stakeholders and procurement managers,
• Reviewing the open order report,
• Managing suppliers request,
• Participating in weekly activity summaries.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Procure to Pay,
• Good command of English and Polish languages,
• Good knowledge of supply chain management,
• Proactivity and problem-solving abilities,
• High communication skills,
• Team player,
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
• Experienced in ERP systems – preferable Oracle11.
