Stanowisko: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver change / transformation coordinated plans according to the agreed roadmap.
• Prepare project meetings.
• Develop and prepare the project weekly status report
• Create and maintain effective communication for high-level, up-to-date summary of global projects.
• Responsible for the preparation of the project meetings and workshops
• Participate in the preparation of the O2B steering committees
• Initiate and monitor lessons learned (manage project knowledge, including sharing lessons learned)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in similar Project Management role working in diverse cultural & virtual environments is required and preferably including transitioning of activities to a Finance Shared Services.
• University degree (Finance, Economics, Management or similar) required
• Strong team player – required
• Excellent written and oral communication (English required, other languages a plus)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills – required
• Work independently and in a virtual team environment – required
• Flexibility and able to handle change – required
• Experience in Finance/Accounting – nice to have
• Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate flexibility – required
• Positive and learning attitude – required
• Knowledge of Oracle E Business Suite and any other ERP – nice to have
• Excellent Analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in a multi-cultural environment
• Willingness and ability to travel (50% +)
