Stanowisko: Project Manager

Zakres obowiązków:

• Work with the engineering team to conduct site investigation and assess the technical feasibility of developing a specific project.
• Draft the scope of work and estimate the respective project budget; track project costs.
• Create and distribute RFPs to potential contractors, establish evaluation metrics, and select winning proposals.
• Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and other agreements with EPC subcontractors and vendors, and oversee all subcontractors’ work in all phases.
• Develop and maintain project timeline, identify critical path and key milestones for project’s success.
• Serve as point-of-contact for customers/clients during each project.
• Provide progress reports and other status updates to client and management as required.
• Identify the sources of likely problems and proactively take preventive measures to avoid any potential project risks, and determine response actions to mitigate any negative impact.

Wymagania:

• At least 5 years of project management experience for large-scale engineering or construction projects (e.g. petrochemical, oil & gas, chemical and processing plants). Experience in biogas or renewable energy projects will be a plus.  
• Strong leadership and communication skills, self-motivated with demonstrated problem-solving capability.
• Solid understanding of Project Management process.
• Good record keeping and organizational skills, time management skills.
• Dynamic team player with high integrity and commitment.
• Ability to work independently and in a lean start-up team.
• Fluent in English.
