Stanowisko: R2R Subject Matter Expert

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• To work closely with the Record-to-Report Global Process Owners in the standardization and optimization of global processes including detailed process analysis and assisting in implementation at regional and country level to secure the high standard of the transformation of the global finance function. 
  
• To Drive process related activities such as: to be process design, gap assessment, and solution  reviews, creation of to-be process maps, configuration of tools and establishment of operational headlights reporting. 
  
• To leverage established standards throughout the E2E engagement cycle. 
  Finally, individual is involved in efficiencies analysis, benchmarking, maturity modelling and 
  required delivery support.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
 

• Experience in 3 years of General accounting or finance auditing 
  
• Graduate level of studies in Finance, Accounting 
  
• Audit background is preferred 
  
• Excellent understanding of accounting & finance principles 
  
• Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated data-driven problem solving capabilities 
  
• Genuine interest in business process standardization and improvement initiatives. 
  
• Experience with change management as well as working in a multicultural and international environment. 
  
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management 
  
• Solid ERP systems understanding, preferably in Oracle 
  
• Willingness and ability to travel
