RtR (General Ledger) Junior Manager

Miejsce pracy: Katowice


  • Organization of day to day work of R2R teams / work assignment, Administration (sick leaves, holidays, etc.)
  • Monitoring of daily work
  • MEC activities
  • Ensuring compliance and monitoring execution within control framework and Global Process
  • Measuring day to day performance as per agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity levels
  • Monitoring that SLA’s meet the customers’ expectations
  • Maintaining operational contact and cooperation with local offices
  • Liaison with Auditors – responsible for audit deliverables for R2R


  • Bachelor or University degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • Understanding of relevant regional accounting practices and the regulatory environment
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Genuine interest in business process standardization
  • Customer orientation and intercultural competence
  • Drive for results and demonstrate a decisive coaching leadership style
  • Knowledge of Oracle E Business Suite is a plus
  • Team player
