For our client, international company, we are looking for candidates for the position:

Team Lead Data Analytics

Miejsce pracy: Kraków, Katowice, Warszawa

Your responsibilities::

− Leading the global Data Analytics Team – disciplinary and professionally. 
− Drive automation and visualization to improve decision making processes. 
− Enabling Management to make data-driven decisions by presenting data and analysis 
in a clear and concise manner. 
− Designing and implementing global reporting solutions in conjunction with the FP&A 
team and financial leaders. 
− Performing complex analyses leveraging advanced analytical techniques and data 
environments. 
− Serve as the expert in machine learning and initiate projects

Our requirements::

Excellent academic degree in computer science, mathematics, or a natural science, 
or economics/Finance or related. 
− Comprehensive knowledge with databases and BI / visualization tools. 
− Strong SQL and ETL skills. 
− Practical experience in robotic process automation, data science and machine 
learning projects are an asset. 
− Experience with Oracle EPM/Essbase is a plus. 
− Team player with initial leadership experience. 
− Very good understanding of finance and accounting principles. 
− Experienced with forecasting and budgeting processes will be an asset. 
− Required degree of integrity, empathy, communication capabilities and a high level 
of implementation skills in the interaction with internal customers. 
− Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills. 
− Ability to work under pressure and in short terms. 
− Proactive approach to work and self-guiding mentality 
− English language proficiency is a must, both verbal and written.
