Job Description

Are you willing to lead new structure and participate in process transition? Do you have experience managing people in Credit and Collections process? Are you a Spanish speaker ?

Then the Cash Collections Team Leader role could be for you!

Position overview:

You will be leading newly created team in Katowice, cooperating with team to set up new processes, take over and improve coming operations.

Your responsibilities in this role:

  • Leading team to execute towards high aspirations, driving the team processes and capabilities towards best in class,
  • Building talent through the management of the team,
  • Mentoring team members as needed, challenging their work and recommendations, pushing their thinking and guiding the team towards best practices,
  • Creating SMART deliverable objectives to ensure SLAs/KPIs are met along with career development growth,
  • Maintaining adherence to Credit & Risk Management policies and procedures covering credit evaluation, collection and exposure control,
  • Overseeing and approving high exposure, exception setting of credit lines and payment terms,
  • Initiating, developing, recommending and implementing changes that improve system and process efficiencies,
  • Driving process migration and changes after the stabilization phase (accountability for Cash Collection strategy),

Skills and experience required:

  • Experienced Team Leader with at least 1 year of track record of managing team,
  • Relevant experience in Order to Cash or Accounts Receivable processes,
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills,
  • Very good MS Office skills, i.e. Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Power Point, MS Teams,
  • B2/C1 level language proficiency in English,
  • B2/C1 level language proficiency in Spanish
