Transition Manager

Miejsce pracy: Kraków, Wrocław, Katowice, Warszawa

Key responsibilities::

  • Build close rapport with key internal stakeholders and Clients
  • Strong focus on positive transition outcomes, in line with the Client’s needs
  • Setup metric deliverables (SLAs and KPIs) and report effectively to ensure visibility and achievement of goals from day 1 of go-live
  • Compliance and continuous improvement to the Transition Methodology
  • Thorough and proactive project tracking – risk, issue, escalation and milestone management
  • Strong budget management, with usage on budget templates
  • Team management during transition
  • Facilitates daily/weekly/monthly meetings with all stakeholders to collect status and discuss project issues
  • Creates management reports and presentations to keep senior leadership up to date on schedule, budget, and deliverable status
  • Help on documenting policies and procedures to be used as best practice
  • Handling prospect or existing client presentations
  • Respond to RFI/ RFP’s along with the solutions team
  • Successful management of large/multiple transitions of Clients’ processes in the F&A/Travel/Contact Center domain 

Requirements::

  • Very good English language knowledge (B2/C1)
  • Any other European language is nice to have
  • Deep understanding of the different aspects of BPO business – SLA, Baselining. QA
  • Excellent project management skills applied to wide range and number of project types, complexities, domains and geographies especially related with Finance & Accounting / Travel / Contact Center
  • Participated in F&A transitions with different levels of complexity
  • Participated in process discovery/due diligence exercise prior transition
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex, multi-project environments and be able to quickly diagnose potential risks and issues
  • At least 3 years of intense customer facing roles
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Worked together with IT Projects team to deliver Technology solution (infrastructure and tools)
  • Understanding of process improvement methodologies – preferably Six Sigma, Yellow/Green Belt
  • Good knowledge of MS Project and MS Visio (process mapping methodologies)
